Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yirga Munaye

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yirga Munaye is an Associate Professor and Postdoctoral Researcher at the College of Engineering and Technology in Ethiopia, specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Wireless Communication, and Cybersecurity. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. His research focuses on machine learning, deep learning, IoT security, and cyber threat intelligence. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed papers in venues such as IEEE, IET, and MDPI, including recent work on "Effective Detection of Malicious URLs Using Deep Learning Techniques". He has received multiple excellence awards for teaching, research, and community engagement and serves as a reviewer and chair for international conferences.
