Divine Selase Agbeti

Director-General of Ghana’s Cyber Security Authority and Chair of the Africa Network of Cybersecurity Authorities. Under his leadership, Africa’s largest AI-driven security and digital forensics centre was launched in Accra (powered by behavioural analytics, real-time threat detection, and MDR). He drives ethical adoption of emerging technologies, regional collaboration, capacity building, and national cyber resilience, earning international recognition including a Special Achievement Award at CAISEC 2026.
