Eliel Mulumba

Eliel Mulumba is a Congolese industrial cybersecurity expert who was honored at the prestigious Tech Next Awards in Dubai on November 6, 2025. The award recognized his commitment to industrial cybersecurity awareness and training in both the DRC and Europe. He has played a key role in introducing industrial cybersecurity into a training module at the Institut supérieur technique de Kinshasa and has participated in discussions on the DRC's National Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence Strategy. He also mentors five startups at Silikin Village.
