Morabeza Innovation Project

The Morabeza Innovation Project was launched in April 2025 with a mandate to mobilise up to €156 million to position Cabo Verde as a digital innovation hub in Africa, with 24 million euros already secured from the African Development Bank, focusing on digital economy and technology as drivers of economic development.
