Director General of Benin's National Center for Digital Investigations (CNIN) and former head of Digital Security at the Agency for Information Systems and Digital (ASIN). He oversees Benin’s national digital investigation capabilities, incident response, and cybercrime defense. Under his leadership, Benin has integrated modern forensic automation and predictive analytical tooling to combat cyber fraud and protect national digital infrastructure.
