Pollicy

Pollicy is a Kampala-based civic technology organization advancing feminist data governance, algorithmic accountability, and digital rights across the African continent. Throughout 2025 and 2026, the organization co-led ethical AI training initiatives for African media practitioners, published critical research on decentralized community-driven AI accountability, and advocated for gender-inclusive digital technology frameworks.
